Reach & Do — Deleting your account and data
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Hebrew text governs.
How to delete
Deletion happens inside the app itself, immediately and without contacting anyone: go to the account screen, scroll to the "Delete account" section, press "Delete my account" and confirm. The account and its data are deleted at that moment, and you are signed out immediately afterwards.
There is no approval step on our side and no waiting period. If something fails partway through, the screen says so explicitly instead of showing success, and you can try again.
What is deleted
- The encrypted Google account access token stored for you (calendar, sending email, contacts), and your email signature.
- The monthly usage-quota data stored for your account.
- The facts stored about you from previous conversations (your personal memory with the characters) — this can also be viewed and deleted on its own, without deleting the whole account, on the memory page.
What is kept: a transaction record for each minutes pack bought (which pack, when, and how many minutes are left), with no name, email or conversation content. It is kept as a record of a financial transaction, and so that if you come back with the same account, your remaining minutes come back to you. See section 7 of the privacy policy.
