Reach & Do — Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one; if the two differ, the Hebrew text governs.
1. Who we are
Reach & Do ("the Service") is operated by Gonen Yarom, a private individual, Modi'in, Israel ("we", "the operator"). This is not a corporation or a registered legal entity. Contact: gonenya@gmail.com.
Using the Service constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Reach & Do is a real-time voice conversation app with digital characters (you choose who to talk to) that carry out real actions for you during the conversation: web search, reading and creating events in your Google Calendar, inviting people to a meeting, and sending email on your behalf. Creating an event, an invitation or an email on your behalf always requires your explicit spoken confirmation before it happens — nothing reaches your calendar without you actually approving it.
The Service does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). The character's answers may contain errors — do not rely on them as authoritative fact without independent verification.
3. Registration and eligibility
- Access to the Service is through a Google or Apple account (Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple).
- The Service is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from minors (see the privacy policy).
- You are responsible for the security of your Google account; we are not responsible for use of the Service through an account whose security has been breached.
4. Payment
The business model, as of the update date:
| Plan | What is included |
|---|---|
| Free conversation time | 4:30 minutes of free conversation time per account, one time only. They can be used in a single conversation or across several shorter ones, until less than a minute is left. |
| Minute packs | A one-time purchase of conversation minutes. The minutes do not expire and do not renew by themselves; a single conversation can run up to 9:30 minutes, or less depending on your balance and the character you choose. |
| Monthly subscription — no longer sold | 30 minutes of conversation per month; a single conversation up to 9:30 minutes. The subscription is not available for new purchase. Anyone who bought it earlier keeps it as before until they cancel. |
- Purchase is made solely inside the app: through Apple In-App Purchase in the iOS app, and through Google Play Billing in the Android app. There is no purchase on the website itself.
- A minute pack is a one-time charge. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel — the minutes simply stay until you use them.
- Existing subscribers only: the subscription renews automatically each month, at the price shown at the time of purchase on Apple's payment sheet, until you cancel it.
- Existing subscribers only: cancelling is done through your Apple account settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions) — not through us and not through the app itself.
- Unused subscription minutes at the end of a billing cycle do not carry over to the next cycle. Minutes bought in a pack, by contrast, do not expire.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
Because all purchases are made through an app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play), all refund requests are handled directly by the store where the purchase was made, not by us. For an Apple purchase: reportaproblem.apple.com, or through the purchase history in your Apple account settings. For a Google Play purchase: through your Google Play order history. The decision to approve or reject a refund request is at the store's discretion, in accordance with its own policy.
6. Permitted use
In using the Service, you undertake not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harm another person.
- Attempt to circumvent, break into, or interfere with the proper operation of the Service (including attempting to bypass technical usage limits).
- Extract, scrape or reproduce the Service by automated means.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service itself — code, design, name and marks — belong to the operator. Content you create in a conversation (such as a transcript or summary you download) belongs to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS", without any undertaking of continuous availability or of absolute accuracy of the character's answers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for damage resulting from reliance on information provided by the character. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the Service's capabilities or business model change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
